All employees of the VCU Health System (VCUHS) are required to display their
VCUCard at all times while on hospital grounds. Secondary role cards should
be displayed while the employee is fulfilling secondary role(s) at the hospital
per the VCUHS Human Resources (HR) identification
card policy. No VCUHS identification cards will be issued until VCUCard
has been given notification of employment or change in job/role status from

Save yourself the trouble of having to carry cash around with you by:
Opening a VCUCard RamBucks Account. Use your VCUCard at the
MCVH Cafeteria and the Food Cart, as well as Alpine Bagel at 12th and
Marshall. You can also use it at any on-campus
or off-campus merchant location,
as well as for daily parking
at all Monroe Park Campus parking decks.
Taking a look at the banking services that are offered. Never
have to worry about whether you've brought cash with you to work. Wachovia

For security reasons the VCUCard office does not, under any circumstances,
authorize VCUHS employees for an ID. The VCUCard office does not accept
letters, emails or phone calls as valid authorization for a VCUCard.
All VCUHS Staff will receive their VCUCard during orientation. Please be
sure to bring a picture ID with you when you attend.
Replacing Your Missing or Damaged VCUCard:
If your card has been misplaced, lost or stolen you must contact your department. Your
department is responsible for faxing an NEI form to the VCUHS Human Resource department.
HR will verify your employment and forward the form to the VCUCard Sanger Hall office.
Only after this form is received by the VCUCard office can the VCUHS staff member receive
their replacement ID. The VCUCard office suggest that you call us at 804-628-CARD (2273)
to check if your NEI form has been received before coming to our office. Please bring a
picture ID with you when you come. If you have any additional questions please feel free

All misplaced, lost, intentionally damaged, or stolen cards are charged
a $15 replacement fee ($20 for multiple cards). This fee is payable at the
time of receipt of your new card. The VCUCard office accepts RamBucks, Cash,
Check, and most Major Credit and Debit Cards.
