Lost/Stolen Cards

The first ID issued to you by the University is free. However, if you lose your ID card or it is stolen, you will be required to replace it for a fee of $15.00.

Note: If you are a student and have not been enrolled for 1 year from the point you re-enter as a registered student, you will be considered a "new" student and will not be charged for a new ID card.

Call any VCUCard office if you believe your VCUCard has been lost or stolen (call immediately). We will block your VCUCard, preventing unauthorized usage. You are responsible for any transactions that occur until the time that our office is notified that a card has been lost or stolen.
